You can join this nationwide network through Renal Associates P.A, who are seeking passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates will have experience in Nephrology, Cardiology and/or Hospitalist. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into nephrology for candidates with no prior nephrology experience. Travel will be expected for the Schedule/ Practice details and mileage reimbursed.

Hiring Package:
- $100,000-$120,000 base salary depending on experience and a bonus of 10% of net collections >1,000
- PTO 20 days/year + 8 paid holidays
Schedule/Practice Details:
- 1st and 3rd Week of the Month: Outpatient Clinics
o New Braunfels and Seguin OR
o NE San Antonio (not both in one week)
- 2nd and 4th Week of the Month: Dialysis Centers
o Monday: Schertz & New Braunfels
o Tuesday & Wednesday Uvalde
o Thursday: Broadway & Schertz
Friday: Seguin
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements.
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
- Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.
